Shipping Policy

Please allow 2-3 business days for handling. Shipping typically takes between 3-7 business days, but during holiday season, it could be between 5-10 business days for shipping. Shipping times are up to the carrier, though. If a package is late or delayed, we sincerely apologize on behalf of the shipping carrier. If you package is lost in transit, please contact us via info@vibekeones.com within 48 hours in order to have a replacement shipped out at no additional cost to you.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us at info@vibekeones.com and we'll be happy to replace your item.

Note: You must send a picture of the damaged item within 48 hours to be eligible for a return. 

We are not responsible for any VAT, import fees or other duties that your local government may charge you upon delivery.
